Device had two cracks in the frame (top left of the top half) as described, dead zone on the touchscreen (not described in the listing, a "bubble" coming from the upper left side but the corner is fine) and two minor scratches on the top screen which are visible at an angle. Battery at 80% original capacity according to a test done with Luma3DS. Still an amazing price and the faceplates are very cute and in excellent shape. Shipping was incredibly fast. Overall very good experience.
