You didn't contact us once, ask a question, ask for a refund, etc. We have received zero communication from you and in fact you failed to answer the original message we sent you before you even left feedback. Furthermore, we stated the product wasn't from America, showed all the foreign languages all over the packaging, and made it clear the item was sealed and new meaning we couldn't see anything inside. The truth is you lied, didn't contact us once in any way, and didn't read the listing.
