Buyer BEWARE!! I paid for this rug pad on 5/6 but he didn't ship it until 5/9, and when I asked why he ignored me. If I pay for an item in full, it must be shipped within 24 hours. Seller's who print shipping labels then wait MULTIPLE DAYS to SHIP it are violating the US Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Be honest and accountable or stop selling, it's that simple.
