the customer is saying, in German, that It took a long time for the package to arrive to Germany. we are in for lauderdale Florida. it took 4 weeks for them to get their package. which is actually right on time. it usually takes 6 for our packages to get to Europe. then they claimed the watch was missing from the package. we advised them to file a claim with their local delivery courier. we have been scammed like this in the past.
