I needed to heavily modify this swivel base to make it work. no mounting hardware was included. I purchased a right side swivel on Amazon from a different seller (same design & application) it arrived with the mounting hardware double boxed. The box this seller sent the swivel in was flimsy with part of the item sticking out. I do not recommend this seller.
