I had issues every step of the way during the transaction from shipping to the item being defective. First, the item was never shipped. When I inquired about it I had to wait. Then it was reshipped, got a 2nd tracking number. Item arrived late anyway. When I installed the wipers, one of them had a large streak in the center where it didn't make contact with the windshield. Contacted the seller who wanted me to ship back the set at my expense for a $9 part.
