However, within an hour of getting them and putting them on, the left heel collapsed and separated. I do not believe this is any fault of the seller. I did contact the seller to ask what we can do about resolving this to obtain a refund a few moments ago. (photos sent to show what happened). Will try to update once I hear back from the seller on a resolution
