    Always packaged well, worked out of the box with esxi. Wouldnt buy a 2.5Gbe Adapter from anyone else. Speeds are great and latency is on point. You really can't go wrong with ordering from QuickyBay. Tiny, tiny note - the adapter does have a bright green light thats on all the time, I taped over mine but only because its in my media center but is the same light youd see across datacenters so no point off for it.
