User contacted me berating me in messages before I had even had a chance to respond. My Auntie had just passed a few days before so there is a very real chance this user didn't receive the correct product due to real life grief. (She claims she received pinlocks instead of her pin, yet no one has complained about receiving a pin instead of pinlocks when I 100% packed and sent that pin out) This user is a liar at best and a horrible person at worst. You're the reason people hate working retail.
