    Despite being 100% tested before shipment, unused, and genuine products, the buyer complained that none of the 10 items worked and unilaterally demanded a refund. Finding this suspicious, I asked about their method of operation testing, but they completely ignored my inquiry and provided no response. I have sold hundreds of these items without a single issue until now. This was a transaction that wasted both my time and mental energy.
