To provide the best customer service possible, we gave you a refund AND you got to keep the item, which you were extremely happy and grateful for at the time. If you didn't want the glass, you could have returned it within the 30 day return window, we would have gladly accepted it back. We can’t afford to give items away on demand for free. The listing pictures with measurements were clear, the only loss was on our side.
