Aside from the fact that this sweater was the correct size, XL (as seen on the tag in the photo), I still contacted you immediately and reminded you that I have free returns on all my items, and that I would allow you to return it free of charge. Alternatively, I offered a refund on this item, to which you accepted. The fact that you still left negative feedback, and lied about the item being the wrong size, is very concerning, and I would hope that this is not your typical everyday behavior.
