The seller plainly stated in ibis title line and item description (twice) that this is “1ST PRINT”. However the indicia (on interior page 2) states “2nd EDITION” in all capitals. So, this publication is clearly and obviously the second print, NOT the first print. Overstreet clearly reveals that the 2nd print is worth significantly less than a first print. I suspect that this is a misunderstanding by the seller, and therefore give neutral feedback rather than negative.
