      the problem I have is one can not contact the seller without canceling the order. I wanted to ask if the box was prefilled with oil/grease but could not ask, and still I do not know. I hope to assume that it is from what I have read on the forums. It would be nice to be told/answered by the seller. I really did not want to break open a new product to find out.
