I believe this is due to the screen ribbon cable tearing in the middle of it, as the listing shows it working before shipping. It is a good thing I have spare parts I can use to replace it with. The last image shows a Game Boy Advance game being played on the top screen. Unless I open up the console to test further, this is the diagnosis of what happened.
