But they will take care of you with returns or any fixes. I bought one 600 and it had a leak in the T line and they sent a replacement immediately. Then i bought two more units to replace my uncle and Mom's because I liked it so much. I moved away from the tank reverse osmosis system because it took too long to replenish. Now I have a constant flow no matter how much I use a pot of soup or our hydroflasks.
