    Description wasn’t accurate, as they put the wrong pictures up. Once I received the server I contacted them and could only offer refund. Fast response, but I was disappointed as this seemed like a great deal, only to realize it wasn’t correct.

    Good Morning, As stated in our private messages we apologized for the issue. It was the same model with a different drive configuration. Since this was an error in the picture there was no replacement for the device and with the error being on our end we not only offered a full refund but to cover the return fees. As we can normally boast about our accuracy and diligence towards quality used products, sometimes an unlikely mistake can occur. We hope we were able to at least make it right.
