Package arrived very quickly. 2 days at the most! Professional packaging and the beans seem to be of good quality. I have yet to taste any but I did roast a batch. First crack at about 8 and half minutes. At 9 and half to 10 minutes in I dropped them. Maybe a medium dark but mmm they smell chocolatey. Would recommend and will be purchasing more. Thanks.
