- e***3 (198)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI am so glad I finally gave in and bought this snippet. Hiawatha ran at the Royal Albert Hall from 1924 to 1938. The production moved to Australia for the war, and returned to the UK where it continued to attract audiences until the 1960's. I have several programs, but nothing of the 1924 premiere. Horace Stevens shared the title role with another Australian, Harold Williams. Stevens sang the premiere. Thank you Pictorial Gems. xxxx
