Had to enlarge dashboard hole slightly (using dremel grinding bit) to fit 85mm tach. Setup is a little fiddly, but value of 4.0 seems to work for my older vehicle with no electronics. Paired this with the 85mm GPS speedometer (since my pinion gear for the original mechanical speedo doesn't spin) but haven't installed it yet.

I have looked up several local and federal laws that prohibit this type of practice, and it is a poor way for eBay to treat its customers. I may not be so willing to purchase items from eBay in the future if this issue isn’t resolved.
