- i***r (230)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseWhen I plug this in, my iPhone thinks it is a Beats Audio headphone, and will only work if you allow it to connect to iCloud. Once you've done this, it works as intended, however the volume control has bigger 'steps' in volume than using my wired Earpods. For instance, while listening in bed I can turn the Earpods down to a comfortable quiet volume, but I can't with these - it's either a bit too loud, or mute. There is no step in between. This is subjective of course, but I hope this is useful.

When I received them one was damaged, the lid wouldn't fit or seal. The company sorted this out and I got a replacement in a few days. The boxes are sturdy, neat, tidy, attractive, the lids seal very well, you get labels and a marker pen and a selection of scoop measures too! Great value, great service and communication, great company!
