Hitch was delivered in loosely packed over sized box with some edge chipping and finish abrasions, as though installed previously. When reported to seller, they offered a 20 dollar credit or a new hitch. I took the replacement offer and it was delivered today. With out a box. In worse condition than the original one sent. I give up. I plan to install the original and trash the replacement. I am hoping the install goes a little more smoothly.

I received a new in box, excellent condition unit. I had a chance to use it and it performed perfectly. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.
