I strongly believe that was due to lack of care from the delivery company during transit. The item was still in the box and bubble wrapped I'm very thankful he put the mounting bolts in an envelope because if he didn't it probably would've been lost due to the delivery company. My only recommendation for the seller is to use more tape for the envelope and box.
