I don’t think this is new. It was worn and the tags were put back on. It’s still course. The paint on the ring shows wear.

This item is new with tags. The finish is oxidized patina from the "Pinktina" collection. The metal is rose gold colored rubbed with pink enamel to give an oxidized look.
