Secondly the laptop randomly turns off and displays error code that the internal system has overheated and forced to shut down. upon being contacted for these issues have given me a bunch of run around statements. We offered to send a new replacement battery or, if preferred, a full refund through our 30-day warranty. The overheating may be linked to the battery issue, which we offered to resolve immediately. While it’s disappointing to see this review after offering solutions, we remain committed to honest and fair service.
