I asked seller who told me the meter may not be accurate at 24volt. I decided to take it to the local garage on my mobility scooter for a proper test. Unfortunately it fell off while traveling and broke the solar panel glass. So I couldn’t confirm it was producing voltage and couldn’t return it. Although I’m sure the seller would have excepted an exchange. He did say he tests all units before posting.
