This is a worst than expected purchase experience. The description of the item listed free Torguard VPN service for 30 days, however, when attempting to contact the seller regarding said services, the seller failed to respond to my messages. Futhermore, the received item arrived defective and turns off and on rendering the device usless. I would not recommend this seller. This negative experience costed me approximately $107, and valuable time.!!!!
