I noticed I never received a shipping tracking number reached out to the seller told me it must’ve gotten lost. It’s been over a month and still have not gotten anything, but I do want to say that I appreciate the seller. They did refund me the money and asked me if the item came in to please pay them. It never did. We are disappointed, but it’s OK. I appreciate them giving the money back. As soon as it was evident that the packaged had disappeared in the USPS system I refunded the buyer in full and trusted them to either return it or resubmit payment if it showed up. Not sure what else I could have done but I will always do whatever I can on the rare occasion when USPS loses an order.
