Seller has great communication, unfortunately the product was not built correctly and in order to return it the eBay shipping cost was close to the purchase price. This put me in a position to modify the part to work or lose 75% of the money. I did the modification and used the part, but I will probably not purchase from this vendor again due to that issue.
