Item not clean, there was a sock in a pocket, and the jacket was full of a sand-like substance throughout.

Shipping was $19 - way overpriced for how the item was sent. The item was sent in a flimsy plastic mail bag that ripped during posting and was taped up by my post office. Definitely NOT packaging that cost $19, more like $3-5 max. For $19, I expected it to be sent in a USPS, and packaged nicely (jacked was balled up in bag). Based on the jacket's condition (weird plasticy sandy bits between the liner and shell I can't get out), I feel ripped off. Would NOT do business with this seller again.
