A well balanced oriental style vegatable knife. It keeps your wrist & elbow less hurt or tired for prolonged use. The blade is very sharp, so be careful not to cut yourself. Like German stell, VG-10 steel doesn't necessary mean it's made in the country that invented it, so don't waste your time arguing. You could buy a "SHUN" brand if you're willing to pay twice more, i.e. X3 the price, for the almost identical product, items on the chopping board won't disagree or complain that.
