    This does not have a pro taper..it feels like a log..I wanted a heavy break cue..but with the thinner taper.. and since seller specifically stated pro taper..only reason I bought..this is thicker than my index finger..would not consider this if looking for a tapered cue..

    Hello, I am sorry if you don't think this is a pro taper, but it is and it is verified by the manufacturer. You may call them direct and get the facts directly from them.800.835.7665 | M-F 10-6pm ET. A pro taper starts at the tip and continues straight 8-10" then starts to flare out towards the base, and this does exactly that. The thickness you are referring to is not relevant to a taper. Thickness and taper are not the same.
