    Nice quality and fast shipping! I plan to make a sunrise simulating light with three different colors to help me get going on dark winter mornings. Just use an appropriate resistor or even better, a current limiting power supply to keep the current low so that the wattage (diode voltage drop x current) stays below the 3 watt rating. LED voltage drop is 2 to 4 volts so 1.0a to 0.5a. Best to mount these on a larger piece of sheet metal or aluminum even though they are already on a small heat sink.
