The exact conversation was this goon wanting me to send a new part (he already has one) and a label. I ask him to open a return. He refuses. Opening a return would generate the return label. He refused and threatened to leave bad feedback if I didn't comply. As a result his feedback was removed. (the actual count that shows on my profile) Complete dipshet.
