This was a considerably better made product, more robust, and quite a lot cheaper, so a win-win for me!

The first delivery went missing (Royal Mail), I contacted the Company whom asked me to raise via ebay. Within an hour the Company contacted me by e:mail with a detailed solution and delivered replacement fittings via 'tracked' DHL as advised within 24hrs.
