    Seller shipping was decent. Seller communication was decent. As for the item. It was not as depicted in pictures. No clarity in description. I paid $40 for maybe $6 in material. That’s my fault. I trusted the listing instead of asking questions. Item is useless. Was offered a discount from seller but I turned it down. For the valance, as depicted for 2 windows, expect to pay $120. If in doubt contact this seller. Still leaving a positive feedback.

    OK, it’s a good thing. The stuff is flexible because that package it came in was tour two pieces and I made up my mind that if it was damaged, I was gonna send it back but since it wasn’t damaged, but the package was I’m OK with it.

    Seller is not selling new products from the company that makes these blinds, which I came to find was old stock. Box was previously opened and it appears PowerSellerUSA is essentially looking dump previously damaged or outdated models into the market. Ordered this product from the company itself, and it was vastly different that the old stock I received. Buyers beware, this item was not a "NEW" item, as described by seller. Seller did provide refund, but only after waiting several days.

If the box appeared opened or tampered with, it was likely due to handling during transit. A refund was issued promptly after the return was received.
