I contacted seller and sent pictured to verify, with no response. I waited 4 days to let them correct problem. It arrived on time but the box was torn and blades were missing because they slid out through the hole in the box. Messaged seller and with just pictures of what was going on, and a simple explanation, 4 days later I received my blades. Excellent service and very responsive.
