The record was in plastic wrap. I gave a neutral rating because it was didn’t arrive in good condition and that was disappointing. I would probably reconsider when ordering from EBay next time. You never know what you’re going to get. I keep getting burned. I’m just going to keep it. It’s not worth the hassle of returning it.
