I placed an order for a welder. It got marked as shipped, then all of a sudden it was refunded. Due to "exchange rates" was the reason (which I had to ask for). new offer from seller was about 25% higher price. 1. I still found listing with the old price.2. remarkable how they could get hold of the parcel since it was "shipped".3. changing price after a deal is made is just bad practice.4. poor communication.
