I opened the phone body up to see 2 mounting pegs that hold the ringer inside were broken so the ringer was just dangling by the 2 wires. There was a 2nd set of mounting pegs still in place so I re-attached the ringer to those pegs. Otherwise the phone does work as advertised. Packaging could have been been better to absorb the shock of being delivered.
