    The initial cable that arrived for my EX470 experienced tearout almost immediately when I tried to test fit D: But that's not surprising, since the wires involved are so tiny. The connector is a JST PHD type, the tooling for which is several hundred bucks. Repair was impossible. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped a new one, free of charge. Allowed me to upgrade the CPU and memory on my old MediaSmart easily. Thanks for keeping this thing available for this small community! :)

    I didn’t even get the item, but wanted to rate this ebayer with positive reviews. I had purchased a cable in the past from this seller and the cable worked great, but there was an issue with two wires on the cable just being break tight. The dark blue wire and red wire both snapped. The seller was out of parts currently to repair/replace but refunded my money and did say they would send a replacement. Great ebayer!!! Great communication!!! And Honest
