Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. I received it, well packaged, and and it is working like new.

My unit had a dim display and a broken male connector. Both issues were communized via EBay chat and both were fixed.
