    Dont buy cheap poor quality bit of kit used the chimney brush once bent out of shape contacted seller he told me it would straighten out but it wont bristles are made from cheap plastic Rods are poor quality and hollow not solid rod the ends are also poor quality better to spend a few pound more and get a decent set would not buy anything from this company again they are not interested in replacing the brush head as I said they told me it would straighten out AVOID

    Literally sold 100's of these without issue. Problems always occur with novices we did ask for pictures of the issue . Buyer declined. Would rather leave a Negative than get there reported issue resolved or get advice from us on how to use the set correctly. Best wishes for the Season
