I messaged the company on Tuesday and every day after that. I didn't hear anything from them all week. I had to get Ebay involved to get them to answer my email messages. I told them I needed a replacement and all they did was told me to ship it back before they would do anything. I ended up getting a refund because they took to long to answer an email.
