    F-- AVOID This Seller ( wenbilsally) Seller did not reveal that the item did not work. I paid a premium $277,76 in good faith. Brought to his attention. He admitted his error in a message saying he could not get it to work. I still wanted the item, thats why I bid. I suggested a simple $75 refund or agreeable solution. He refused. You cant lie in your add then want ME TO PAY return ship! WASTE of TIME and TYING UP FUNDS 20 years on E-bay this guy is as bad as it gets. DECEPTIVE SELLER AVOID!!!
