    Item arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately. I initially had some issues with 2 of the 4 memory sticks. I contacted the seller who was very responsive and quick to address. I returned the two memory sticks that were an issue and the seller tested a pair of new matching sticks and sent them as replacements. I put them in my t5820, Ubuntu server and I've been running it for about two weeks with no issues. I would buy from this seller again.

    The product arrived well-packaged, and as described. The only thing that was different than what I expected was the CPU arrived without the plastic CPU caddy tray. It was easy to purchase one from another vendor, but given how the product was pictured with the caddy, and the sensitive nature of the CPU socket, I would have expected it to be included.
