    the phone itself is fine, but the seller was awful. they "forgot" to ship my order for a whole week, costing me a lot of business & money. when i msgd them to find out why it hadnt arrived & asked if they could expedite shipping, they offered a partial refund and shipped the phone regular rate, which took another full week to arrive. they ended up refunding $7, which compared to the money i lost was a slap in the face. when i told them this, they were quite rude and condescending. never again!

    We admitted to our mistake (late shipping) and offered the buyer a full refund (via order cancelation) or a partial refund (after mailing the product). The buyer opted to receive the item. We also informed the buyer that if the partial refund (10%) was unsatisfactory, we would immediately facilitate a return and full refund for the item once received.
