There was quite a delay in receiving the order but this was not down to the seller, (Royal Mail) it was well packaged and just as described, definitely good value for money. The communication was excellent and I would recommend this seller.

I’m sorry to hear that it arrived as it did. In situations like that I always protect my Mail when taking it to Post Office. It is obviously dry when being transported in their sacks. I can only guess that the exposure may have happened by the local Post person on delivery. My postman’s routine is that he parks his machine and holds a bunch of Mail when walking from house to house. Please accept my sincere apologies, so glad it is OK
