I received the flimsy plastic wrap that i paid $9.00 for shipping for and that was a total nightmare. i took pictures of the ripped plastic, however the item was protected by 2 cardboard pieces so i will still give the seller a good review. in my opinion the shipping cost of $9.00 was a rip off. now the product (Taylor Swift) was a perfect collectors item. It was NOT damaged at all. I’m very happy with my item. so i will still give this seller a 5/5 thanks

However when it came the post office stepped on it and threw it on my porch in a rain storm. But seller put the card in a protective screw holder which nobody does and saved the day
