    The seller was abit slow in correspondence, but otherwise they wrapped the item up well like I asked.My only complaint is they didn't mention there is a defect crack in the fretboard which I will have to superglue.I had to pay duty so there's no point in sending it back because I won't be re-imbursed the duty.They should have advertised the guitar with the defect in the photos .Maybe this why the cost was lower than other sellers.It took over 3 weeks to arrive from the US to Toronto Canada.

    I have not received my item yet. I felt compelled to leave feedback early due to an unfortunate situation with usps. 10 days after my order was placed the postal service still had no record of receiving my package. When I contacted the seller (upset) he assured me that my item had been shipped. I was very nervous as this was very unusual. The gentleman I corresponded with handled this situation very well he did his best to reassure me and made significant efforts to investigate and help.
